CREATIVE EXPERIENCES

Paint freely. Slow down. Create without judgment.

Private 100-minute Art experience in the Markham area.
What happens when you give yourself permission to let go of expectations?

For 100 minutes, step away from your everyday life and enter your own creative space.

You don't need to be an artist.
You don't need previous painting experience.
You don't need to know what you're going to create.

You simply need to be willing to explore.

FIND YOUR CREATIVE FLOW

The experience begins by slowing down and preparing the space together.

Then the music begins, the paint comes out, and you step onto the canvas.

Yes—onto the canvas.

You will be painting on the ground, working on a large 5 × 5 ft canvas. Move around it. Experiment with colour. Make a mess. Change your mind. Paint over something. Follow your instincts.

There is nothing to copy.

No right or wrong.

No expectation of what your finished artwork should look like.

I will be creating alongside you, sharing the space as an artist—not teaching you what your painting should become.

This is your time to let go of judgment and allow yourself to enter your own creative flow.

THE WHOLE ARTIST EXPERIENCE

We prepare together.

We create together.

We make a mess together.

And we clean up together—just as artists do.

When the painting is finished, we'll slow down with tea or coffee while your artwork begins to dry.

We can talk about art, the experience, what you created, how you're feeling—or simply enjoy the moment.

There is no pressure to talk about anything.

Then your 5 × 5 ft original painting goes home with you.

A painting created entirely by you, during a moment when you gave yourself permission to create freely.

YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AN ARTIST

This experience is for anyone who is curious about creating.

You don't need formal training.
You don't need to know techniques.
You don't need to consider yourself creative.

Come exactly as you are.

For these 100 minutes, you are free from expectations.

For these 100 minutes, you are the artist.

TURN WITHIN. LET GO. CREATE.

For 100 minutes, you are the artist.

Paint it. Write it. Release it.

A private 120-minute creative experience for putting it all down.

Have you ever thought, “I should journal…”—but never quite managed to make it a habit?

Maybe you love the idea of journaling, but a small notebook and a daily routine just aren't for you.

This is different.

Instead of filling the pages of a journal, you'll have a large-format sheet of kraft paper spread out in front of you.

And you get to fill it however you want.

Write.
Draw.
Paint.
Scribble.
Make marks.
Write words and paint over them.
Fill the entire space—or leave parts of it empty.

There are no lines to stay within.
No prompts to follow.
No daily habit to maintain.
No right or wrong way to do it.

You don't need to be an artist, and you don't need to know what you want to say.

Just begin.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF JOURNAL

For 120 minutes, you have permission to slow down and put whatever is taking up space in your mind onto paper.

I'll be creating alongside you, sharing the space as an artist—not telling you what to create.

You can work quietly, listen to the music, move around the paper, and let the process unfold naturally.

This isn't about creating a beautiful finished artwork.

It's about giving yourself the space to express.

AND THEN… YOU DECIDE

When you're finished, the paper doesn't have to become something you keep forever.

You decide what happens next.

Cut it up.

Roll it up and take it home.

Or leave it behind.

There is no right choice.

Sometimes the value is simply in having put it down.
