Thank you for choosing an original creation by ZsOKA-Creations.
This policy applies to original artwork, artistic steel boxes, and commissioned creations.
Because each artwork and artistic steel box is an original, one-of-a-kind creation, all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to a change of mind, personal preference, or because the creation does not suit the buyer's space.
Each piece is carefully inspected and prepared before it leaves the studio.
If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact ZsOKA-Creations as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:
Your order information
Clear photographs of the creation and its packaging
A description of the damage
Please keep the original packaging and shipping materials until the matter has been resolved.
The situation will be reviewed and an appropriate resolution will be determined.
If you receive an artwork or artistic steel box that is different from the creation you purchased, please contact ZsOKA-Creations as soon as possible so the error can be addressed.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer or client.
Shipping charges will be added to the purchase or commission price as applicable. ZsOKA-Creations is not responsible for covering shipping costs from its own funds.
The buyer or client is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer or client is also responsible for additional shipping-related costs arising from incorrect address information, delivery changes, or requested re-shipment.
This Commission Policy applies to commissioned original artwork and commissioned artistic steel boxes.
Each commissioned creation is individually made and requires dedicated time, materials, craftsmanship, and creative development.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work on a commission begins.
The deposit confirms the commission and covers the initial commitment of time, materials, craftsmanship, and creative work required to begin the project.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and before the commissioned creation is released to the client.
Commissioned artwork and artistic steel boxes are original creative works.
The client's ideas, preferences, and agreed-upon concept will be considered throughout the creative process. However, the final creation remains the artist's original creative work.
Once the commissioned creation is completed, the client may accept the finished creation by paying the remaining balance.
If the client does not like the completed creation or changes their mind, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable.
The client may choose to take the completed creation by paying the remaining balance in full. Once ownership has transferred, the client may use and enjoy the creation as they wish, subject to the artist's retained rights described below.
If the client chooses not to proceed with the purchase of the completed creation, the artist may retain the creation and may alter, complete, repurpose, exhibit, photograph, or sell it to another buyer at the artist's discretion.
If a client chooses to cancel a commission after work has begun, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable.
If the client stops the commission before completion, the artist retains the right to complete, modify, repurpose, exhibit, photograph, or sell the unfinished or completed creation at the artist's discretion.
The client will have no further financial obligation beyond the non-refundable deposit unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Any significant changes requested by the client after the agreed-upon concept has been established may result in additional costs, depending on the additional time, materials, and craftsmanship required.
Changes requested after completion may not be possible and, if possible, may be subject to additional fees.
Ownership of the physical commissioned artwork or artistic steel box transfers to the client only after the creation has been paid for in full.
The artist retains the right to photograph, film, reproduce images of, publish, promote, and otherwise document the artwork or artistic steel box for purposes related to the artist's portfolio, website, social media, marketing, publications, press, and professional artistic practice.
The artist also retains the right to submit and temporarily display sold artworks and artistic steel boxes for professional artistic purposes, including:
Physical art exhibitions and gallery exhibitions
Digital and online exhibitions
Art competitions and contests
Juried exhibitions
Art fairs and cultural events
Awards and professional submissions
Portfolio presentations
Promotional and media opportunities
Publications and digital catalogues
Other legitimate professional artistic opportunities
For digital exhibitions, the artist may provide a digital image or reproduction of the artwork or artistic steel box to the exhibiting organization when required for participation.
Where an exhibition, competition, publication, or other legitimate professional opportunity requires a physical reproduction, poster, catalogue image, or similar printed representation of the artwork, the artist may authorize or provide such reproduction for that specific professional purpose.
Any digital or printed reproduction is intended to represent the original artwork and does not transfer ownership of the original physical artwork.
The artist will not sell a reproduction as though it were the original physical artwork unless separately agreed with the owner.
When appropriate, the artist will identify the work as sold and/or credit the current owner when the artwork is displayed publicly.
For physical exhibitions requiring the original artwork, the artist may temporarily borrow and display the sold artwork with reasonable care and will arrange for its return to the owner following the exhibition or professional event.
These retained rights do not transfer ownership of the physical artwork to the artist and do not give the artist the right to sell the original artwork again after ownership has transferred to the client.
Shipping costs for commissioned creations are the client's responsibility and will be charged separately or added to the final amount due, as applicable.
ZsOKA-Creations is not responsible for absorbing or paying shipping costs on behalf of the client.
The commissioned creation will not be released for shipping until the required payment has been received.
By paying the 50% commission deposit, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Commission Terms, including the non-refundable deposit, shipping responsibility, ownership terms, and the artist's retained professional rights described above.
